Usage:
Q-1200 is used to cut the whole tyre into tyre crown, tyre sidewall, tyre bead.
Structure:
Q-1200 Tyre Ring Cutting Machine consists of machine frame, rotary device, tyre supporting frame, blades.
Working Principle
The tyre is put on the tyre supporting frame, which is adjustable to hold the tyre tightly. Tyre is rotated along with the supporting frame driven by the motor. The position of the blade is adjustable. When the tyre is rotary, adjust the position of the blade and insert it into the tyre by pressing a long arm. The bead will be cut off easily. In order to smooth cut and cool of the blade, the water pump can be adopted to inject the water to the cutting point.
